Bhalla Bakery was established in Ludhiana, India. We opened here in New Zealand, May 2016. We are one of the very few bakeries who use real NZ butter, fresh cream and desi ghee. As foodies, its all about quality and taste to us. Come enjoy our handmade biscuits, freshly baked vegetarian patties, Indian spiced sausage rolls, curry filled pies, stuffed kulcha, tasty noodle burgers, nutri kulcha, paneer bhurji, aloo parantha, kulche cholle gravy, dahi bhalla just to name a few. Try our refreshing nimbu lemon soda, mango lassi, jeera lassi or relax with a hot cup of our special blend masala tea. If you have an upcoming function, work lunch, birthday or celebration speak to one of our team or call ahead and arrange bulk or bite sized versions of our product range. Our bakery is located in old Papatoetoe, Auckland. Local delivery is available via UberEats. You may wish to use Uber Courier service to deliver a cake to that special someone celebrating a birthday or anniversary. If you live in Tauranga, we have limited stock available to purchase from DH Tauranga. Pick up is also available by arrangement only from Paerata Rise (Pukekohe).
